Being born and raised in the country of Sweden, Rich was practically born with skates on.  Growing up in Sweden, Rich played and participated in every sport imaginable, excelling in Soccer and Ice Hockey.

“I was probably a better Soccer player than a Hockey player” Rich says.

Hockey was the sport Rich loved the most and had the most passion for though.  Rich got his sports performance training career started in Orlando, FL 9 years ago at RDV Sportsplex where he had the opportunity to train athletes from all sports at all levels. Since moving to South Florida, Rich’s career has flourished. He is now training athletes anywhere from 9-year old hockey players to athletes from NHL, NFL and KHL. Rich is also training many prep school and junior hockey players.

Having played ice hockey at a high level, including at the professional level, it’s only natural for Rich to train athletes in a sport he knows so well. Combine that with being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Performance Enhancement Specialist, it’s a perfect storm.

Mike is a New England native and has been a certified athletic trainer for over 10 years.  He has worked in a multitude of settings which include professional baseball and lacrosse along with working side by side with skilled physical therapist in the clinic setting. His unique experiences have given him knowledge and skills set to not only treat and prevent your injuries, but design, implement and progress you through a strength and conditioning program.

Mike has a vast knowledge in corrective exercises stemming from his training in dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS).  He also has is very skilled with hands on soft tissue regeneration with his certification in Active Release Techniques (ART).  He prides himself in his ability to think of the body in the global perspective and treat it as such. Mike has also designed an ACL prevention program along with a shoulder care and maintenance program.  When Mike is not spending his time with his wife and daughter he enjoys working out and playing golf.

Jennifer is a lifelong competitive athlete and has spent five years working in the health and fitness field along side some of the area’s best known Sports Chiropractors and rehabilitative specialists. Jennifer first began working in 2012 as the Sports Rehab Exercise Specialist at Health-Fit Chiropractic and Sports Medicine in Boca Raton, where she was able to facilitate corrective exercise routines to individuals and athletes suffering from pain and movement dysfunction in their sport and everyday lives. With the knowledge and use of proper body ergonomics, functional movement therapies, and various rehabilitative practices, Jennifer is able to translate these learned techniques into her client’s fitness training routines to maximize performance, while keeping clients safe and also helping to improve their daily dysfunctions and imbalances. 

Jennifer became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2014 and has worked in a one-on-one personal training setting with individuals ranging from youth athletes, to middle-aged women with no exercise experience, to elders with Parkinson’s disease and various other debilitating conditions. Jennifer is proud to have been known as the “go-to” trainer for clients dealing with neck/low back pain, knee pain, flexibility limitations, and various other issues, and she prides herself on her abilities to work with these individuals while still safely maximizing muscle building and fat loss. Jennifer is trained and experienced in working with athletes and loves the challenge of designing and progressing programs that help them to excel in their sport. Jennifer has trained as a competitive athlete all her life and she expects the same from her clients, pushing themselves beyond their limits at every session, regardless of age and level of experience!

Jennifer loves heavy lifting and “feeling the burn!” She has been a contender in both competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, and is currently focusing her training on goals to compete in professional roller derby, where she hopes to find herself on Team USA in the coming years. When Jennifer
